This seminar helps to guide the new restaurateur in securing a location.  Restaurant Specialist, Louise Dawson will discuss the difference between buying an existing restaurant location and leasing directly from a landlord in order to perform a build-out and obtain operational permits.  Additional topics include knowing how much rent you can afford, the importance of location and the do’s and don’ts of successfully negotiating a lease. Training Fee: $45
