Traditional marketing plans can be time-consuming, complicated, and off-putting. Many business owners skip the written plan and dive into the marketing activities they think they need, like Facebook, a web site and an email newsletter. This often leads to incorrect assumptions, a lot of trial and error and ultimately poor sales. There is a better way! The Marketing Model Canvas is a one page marketing plan that covers all the essentials, is relevant, simple and intuitive. It is a plan everyone can understand.  In this workshop we cover the 10 blocks that make up this new method of writing a marketing plan to put your business on the path to success.
