Course takes place over two days: April 7 & April 14, 9am-5pm each day.

For the dedicated homebrewer and those interested in how craft breweries are run, we are excited to offer a two-day seminar on the business and processes of craft brewing. Over the two days, students will spend time with local brewer Colin Kaminski learning brewing science, practical techniques, and how the craft beer industry works. Students will be lead through a hands-on view of the brewing process from start to finish. Students will be shown the techniques that professionals use that can be applied to their own brews at home.
