Social media marketing is a very large universe and it can be quite overwhelming. By distilling it down into actionable pieces that align with your business goals, you can effectively use social media marketing to grow your business & loyal customer base. In this class, you will learn why social media needs to be a part of your marketing mix, how to keep your social media posting inspiration, and why having a strong foundation with clear goals will help you manage your social media activity.

Why do we use social media to market our businesses? Philosophy, approach, do’s & don’ts, best practices and more.
What do you want social media to do for you? Creating social media goals is critical to tracking success.
Where should we be? Choose which channel is right for your business by identifying who you’re talking to, your internal resources and frequency for posting.
What should we post? Create & curate content - we will identify specific listening tools, visual content creation tools, creating a content calendar and ideas on how to manage all of your assets & content.
How do we get the most out of our social media marketing? Learn ways to grow your community, engage with your fans & followers and define your social media goals
What do we do when we lose our spark? This class will equip you with tools to make posting and engaging easier and less time consuming to avoid stalling out and losing momentum. That’s not to say it won’t be work, but let’s make it manageable!

 Students should already have a Facebook business page and be comfortable posting. Additional social media accounts are a bonus! Bring your laptop or tablet, social media logins and an idea of what social media marketing success looks like for your business.

Course fees are due at the time of registration.  Seats are not confirmed until full payment has been received.  To register & pay by credit card, click on the blue "REGISTER NOW” button and follow the instructions. All training events require a minimum number of students and, therefore subject to cancellation 48 hours in advance of the training event.  Registered students will receive an email at time of cancellation. All fees are refundable up to 24 hours before training event.
