An introduction to exemplary customer service for  “front line” hospitality workers.

As a “front-line” hospitality worker, are you looking for ways to improve your performance on the job,  and more importantly, ways to distinguish yourself and your organization through great service?  Relationship driven experiences are now the order of the day, but what if time only allows a brief first impression or sound bite?  We will discuss ways to hone your customer service skills, embrace authenticity, and create great memories!

Michael Basayne
Mike was raised in San Francisco,  and early in life experienced his own customer service training working in high-end restaurants.  Mike later worked in the financial services industry, consulting, and transportation, where he taught customer service, sales and marketing.  He has lived in the Napa Valley for over three decades and understands our unique culture of service and branding.  He has deep appreciation for quality experiences and believes in continuous improvement and lifelong learning, and of course sharing that knowledge!  

Mike is a Business Advisor with the Napa Sonoma Small Business Development Center.

PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TRAINING EVENTS; payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event. To register & pay by credit card, click on the blue "REGISTER NOW” button and follow the instructions. To pay by check, please make your check payable to Napa Valley College and mail to Napa-Sonoma SBDC, 2277 Napa-Vallejo Hwy, BLDG 3300, Napa, CA 94558. Please note that your payment must arrive before the start of training to secure your space. All trainings require a minimum number of students and, therefore subject to cancellation 48 hours in advance of the training event.  Registered students will receive an email at time of cancellation. All fees are refundable up to 24 hours before training event.  Please note that refunds for Food Safety Trainings require a 48 hour notice.
