Are you a leader in -- or starting -- a food business? This class is for you...

California State Health Code requires that at least one person in each food service operation must hold a Food Manager Safety Certification.

This class includes:

ServSafe Food Manager book to prepare (you can pick it up in advance!)
Small class training from 9am-3pm (with a break for lunch)
Certification exam from 3-5pm (80 multiple choice questions)

Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.

Course fees are due at the time of registration.  Seats are not confirmed until full payment has been received.  All trainings require a minimum number of students, so all classes are subject to cancellation 48 hours before the training event begins if there is low enrollment.  All fees are refundable up to 24 hours before training event.  Please note that refunds for Food Safety trainings require a 48-hour notice.

To pay by check, please make your check payable to Napa Valley College and mail to Napa-Sonoma SBDC, 2277 Napa-Vallejo Hwy, BLDG 3300, Napa, CA 94558. Please note that your payment must arrive before the start of training to secure your space.
