Six-hour training followed by the ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification exam -- in one day!

Under the California State Health Code at least one person in each food service operation must be Food Manager Safety certified. Certification is recognized nationwide and is good for five years. 

This class includes:

Training 9am to 3pm with a break for lunch
ServSafe Foods Safety Manager exam 3pm to 5pm (80 questions, multiple-choice; you must pass with 75% correct to be certified)
Cost includes Study Guide, Exam, and Card. Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.

Course fees are due at the time of registration.  Seats are not confirmed until full payment has been received.  All trainings require a minimum number of students, so all classes are subject to cancellation 48 hours before the training event begins if there is low enrollment.  All fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the training event.  Please note that refunds for Food Safety trainings require a 48-hour notice.

To pay by check, please make your check payable to Napa Valley College and mail to Napa-Sonoma SBDC, 2277 Napa-Vallejo Hwy, BLDG 3300, Napa, CA 94558. Please note that your payment must arrive before the start of the training to secure your space. The National Registry's exam and certification are accepted in all states, including California. Certification is recognized nationwide and is good for five years. Cost includes Study Guide and the ServSafe exam for certification. Please note that a valid photo ID is required to take the exam.
