Este programa está destinado a beneficiar a los propietarios de empresas de ingresos bajos o moderados. A los solicitantes se les harán preguntas sobre los ingresos de su hogar para cumplir con los requisitos de elegibilidad de CDBG y las responsabilidades de informes asociadas. This program is intended to benefit business owners who are low- or moderate-income. Applicants will be asked questions about their household incomes to fulfill the CDBG eligibility requirements and associated reporting responsibilities. Please note this is a grant of up to $5,000 to reimburse business owners for costs that have already been incurred.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Business must have 5 or less employees (including business owner)
  • Business must be an active for-profit located in the City of Napa
  • Owner must be considered low to moderate income
  • Business must have $2.5 million or less in gross annual receipts
  • Proven losses due to COVID-19 of at least 25%
